We are in-network for most insurance plans, and will figure out a way for you to utilize your health insurance so you can use the benefits for which you pay such high premiums and copays.

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR BILL
What billing or insurance information will I receive?
Nothing. You will know your copay, coinsurance or deductible in advance of your treatment whenever possible. Most payments are made at the time of service, so no surprises!
How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
You don't have to worry about this. Most insurances take between 20-45 days to send us claim payments.
Why am I getting bills from the insurance company?
You don't owe the insurance company anything. Those are just statements that explain what was paid, your payment responsibility, and what wasn't paid. Believe us when we say, they make it more confusing than it needs to be!
I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill -- but I can't understand how they calculated their payment amount. Do you know?
Each insurance company has a set rate they pay, be it for a physical therapy session or by billing code. These are set by the insurance company, so no matter how much we bill, we get the rate set by your insruance company for your visit.
Do you accept credit cards, health savings account cards, cash and personal checks?
Yes, all of the above are accepted in our office. We even have a fancy new chip card reader. Pizza, bagels and coffee are also accepted as payment ;-)
