When you are suffering from an unexpected strain or injury, or when you simply require physical therapy following a surgical procedure, we are the provider you need. Our professional and caring team is ready to rehabilitate you from head to toe, and everything in between.  Appointments are usually available within 24-48 hours of your call.  Give us a call and start reaching your true potential!

You can be assured – we are different than other physical therapy offices you may have been to, as we pride ourselves on attention and one-on-one care not found elsewhere!

One of the most debilitating conditions you can have is pain in the lower back or sciatica.  Luckily, spinal rehabilitation is one of Jamie's specialties.  Whether it's spinal stenosis, herniated discs, or just plain low back pain, Jamie will do a thorough examination and find the imbalances in your body that are causing your pain.  Most treatments are pain free, with the goal of restoring your full function.

Pain in the neck is often due to muscle imbalances that develop as we age.  Certain muscles are prone to tightness, other muscles are prone to weakness.  Over time, these faulty patterns worsen "under the radar", until one day, you are hurting.  Jamie is an expert in recognizing these muscle imbalances and correcting them, giving you your posture, life and maybe even some height back.

As an 23-time marathoner (PR of 3:37), Jamie holds a special place in his heart for runners of all ages.  He has successfully treated all types of running injuries in the office, including plantar fasciitis, patella tendinitis, achilles strains, IT band syndrome and others.

Jamie will work with you to identify the cause of your issue, and work with you to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Headaches and temperomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ) can be caused by a lot of things, notably poor posture, stress, an improperly set-up workstation at the office, or just plain bad habits.

Jamie will work with you to ease the tension in the muscles that are the usual suspects in causing these types of pain syndromes.  Did you know that headaches can be helped by strengthening a group of muscles called the cervical extensors?  True!

Diagnoses such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease or stroke can slow you down or make you less mobile than you would like.

With focused physical therapy that addresses your unique needs, you can help improve your mobility, balance, ability to walk, and your safety.

Each neurological condition is unique, and so is the program that can help it.

Dizziness and vertigo are no fun. They affect your day, all day sometimes.

Did you know that if you sense the room spinning when you roll in bed, it may be something called BPPV?  This is sometimes treated and resolved in as little as one visit!!

If you are unsteady on your feet, or lose your balance often, we can help you regain your equilibrium and safety.

You did all of your research, maybe even took the trek into the city to the Hospital for Special Surgery to get that hip, knee or shoulder replaced.  You should take just as much care in picking your surgeon as you do in picking your physical therapist.  Jamie will bring you all the way from Day 1 post-operative to discharge, helping you achieve your goals all the way through to the end.  This type of rehabilitation can be tedious and painful, you just need to have the right person barking out the orders!

Fractures, sprains, strains and the like are all addressed in our office.  Jamie has helped many weekend warriors and couch potatoes alike return to full function after a fall, strain, overuse injury or just plain old nagging pain that won't go away.

Rotator cuff tears, meniscus and ACL tears, osteoarthritis, and various sprains and strains can all be helped in our office.

For those that find it difficult to leave their home due to transportation issues, safety, or if you have a nice home gym you want to utilize, Jamie can come to you.  Currently, he is seeing home patients in eastern Nassau and western Suffolk counties along the north shore of Long Island.

Medicare and private pay are accepted for home visits.
